Terms of Use
This agreement governs the legal relationship between Iuve Classifieds and the registered User of the site https://iuve.app. The date of conclusion of this agreement with the User corresponds to the date of registration of the User on the site https://iuve.app.
Subject of the agreement
In accordance with this agreement, the User (advertiser) is granted the right to place his own announcement (advertisement) on the site https://iuve.app.
When registering on this site, the User agrees to the terms specified in this agreement, and assumes the rights and obligations specified in it, related to the use of the site.
This agreement applies to both free and paid ads that appear on www.iuve.app.
Violation of the rules of publication may lead to restriction of access to the site for a long time. The User warrants that he has reached the legal age of entering into a legally binding contract with Iuve Classifieds and warrants that he is not prohibited from using/ receiving such Services.
An integral part of this agreement are the Rules for the provision of services.
Obligations of the User
The USER undertakes to comply with the terms of this agreement, the rules for the provision of services, the current legislation of the state of which he is a citizen, or in the territory of which he permanently or temporarily resides, or in the territory of which he carries out his commercial activities, or from the territory of which the User uses the Service.
Rights Iuve Classifieds
If the activity of the User is related to the placement of advertisements of third parties, Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to require the conclusion of a separate contract for the placement of advertisements of such a client.
If it becomes necessary to verify the accuracy of the placed advertisement (announcement), the Site Administration has the right to require any user of the site to go through the identification procedure (become a "Verified User").
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to refuse the User access to use the portal without giving a reason.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right not to enter into correspondence with the User.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to delete ads if they do not correspond to the topics of the selected sections (headings), or do not comply with the rules for publishing ads on the site https://iuve.app, as well as the right to limit the number of ads from one user for the convenience of visitors our website without giving reasons.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to change the terms of the Services or any part thereof at any time, or to terminate (temporarily or permanently) access to the Services or any part thereof without prior notice. The User also agrees that Iuve Classifieds shall not be liable to him or any third party for any modification, restriction or termination of access to the Services.
Access to the User's personal information
All information contained in the advertisements submitted to the site is publicly available, with the exception of the password for accessing the user's personal section and the information contained in this section.
The user's access to changing the information contained in the advertisements is made only on the basis of a unique login and password chosen by the user during registration.
The User agrees and understands that he is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the passwords associated with any account he uses to access the Services.
The user agrees that he is solely responsible to Iuve Classifieds for all actions that are committed while using his account.
A registered user (including a verified user) gives his consent to the storage and processing of his personal data (including their systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, changing the order of use, distribution, transfer, depersonalization, destruction, blocking, etc.), which are provided to them voluntarily and on their own initiative in the process of registering as a user of the site https://iuve.app.
If the User becomes aware of any unauthorized use of his password or account, he must immediately notify Iuve Classifieds by this email: info@iuve.app
Iuve Classifieds informs Users who have registered on the site through social networks (facebook.com, etc.) that Iuve Classifieds:
will process the following personal data of the User: email address, phone number;
will carry out the processing of the above personal data of the User when he passes the authorization procedure on the site (when entering the account), when the User adds a new ad posted on the site;
the processing of the User's personal data will be carried out in order to identify the unique user of the www.iuve.app website, as well as to communicate with him;
The user has the right to request the deletion of his personal data (with the exception of data the deletion of which is not permitted under applicable law) by contacting Iuve Classifieds support in writing.
Terms of liability
The user (advertiser) is fully responsible to any persons, including Iuve Classifieds and the state, for the information posted on the site (advertising, announcement, etc.). In particular, but not limited to the following, the User is responsible for:
compliance of the content of information with the requirements of the law, including legislation on advertising, consumer protection, as well as other regulatory acts, including international ones;
infliction of damage (health, property, moral, business reputation) to any individual or legal entity, including residents of third countries, as well as public authorities and administration in connection with the publication of information;
violation of rights belonging to a third party, including intellectual property rights (rights to trademarks, copyrights, etc.) caused by the placement of information on the site;
reliability of the posted information;
carrying out activities without the necessary permits (permits, licenses, certificates, etc.);
other violations.
Iuve Classifieds is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to this information, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
The information contained on this site may not be reproduced or used for publication without the written permission of Iuve Classifieds. Copying of the information contained on this site may only be carried out by individuals for personal use.
Under no circumstances shall Iuve Classifieds be liable for damages, losses (including direct and indirect lost profits) or expenses incurred in connection with this website, its use/inability to use it, or in connection with the provision of the service of posting information on the website.
Iuve Classifieds reserves the right to change the information on this site without notice.
Recognizing the international nature of the Internet, the User accepts responsibility for compliance with all local rules and laws regarding the User's activities on the site https://iuve.app.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between the User and Iuve Classifieds in accordance with this agreement is governed by the legislation of the current legislation of the state of which he is a citizen, or in the territory of which he permanently or temporarily resides, or in the territory of which he carries out his commercial activities, or from the territory of which the User uses the Service.
All disputes or disagreements that have arisen in the process of implementing this agreement are resolved with the obligatory use of the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure.
If the parties do not agree on resolving the disagreements that have arisen, then the latter are subject to resolution exclusively in the competent court of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the norms of substantive and procedural law of the Republic of Moldova. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User agrees that Iuve Classifieds may pursue relief in the form of an injunctive relief (or equivalent immediate relief) in a court of any state at its sole discretion.
Iuve Classifieds' failure to exercise or enforce any rights or remedies provided in this agreement (or owned by Iuve Classifieds by virtue of applicable law) does not constitute a formal waiver of such rights by Iuve Classifieds, and such rights and remedies will be Iuve Classifieds is still available.

Agreement language
In the event that Iuve Classifieds provides the User with a translation of this agreement from the Russian language, the User agrees that such translation is provided solely for the convenience of familiarization and that the relationship between Iuve Classifieds and the User is governed by the Russian version of the agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the Russian version of the Agreement and its translation, the Russian version of the Agreement shall prevail.
Other conditions
The user agrees that Iuve Classifieds has the right to send him any notifications, including notifications of changes to the rules for the provision of services, by e-mail, regular mail or by posting information on the site https://iuve.app.
The User agrees that Iuve Classifieds has the right to unilaterally change the rules for the provision of services and the terms of this agreement by posting the relevant changes on the website https://iuve.app, in connection with which, the User undertakes to familiarize himself with this agreement and the rules for the provision of services when every visit to https://iuve.app.
The User understands and agrees that if he uses the Services provided in accordance with this agreement, after the date of making the relevant changes to the agreement and / or the rules for using the services, Iuve Classifieds will regard the use of the Services as acceptance by the User of all changes.
The user grants Iuve Classifieds the right to use his e-mail addresses, mobile phone number and personal VIBER, TELEGRAM number to send notifications, advertisements (announcements) of Iuve Classifieds and any third parties. The user has the right to revoke this right by sending a corresponding notification to Iuve Classifieds by email info@iuve.app.

Agreement language
In the event that Iuve Classifieds provides the User with a translation of this agreement from the Russian language, the User agrees that such translation is provided solely for the convenience of familiarization and that the relationship between Iuve Classifieds and the User is governed by the Russian version of the agreement.
In the event of any conflict between the Russian version of the Agreement and its translation, the Russian version of the Agreement shall prevail.
