When you use an application or website, it automatically stores certain data that may affect the correct operation of the service in the future. Removing them can solve various problems, such as those that may occur when loading or formatting sites.
Troubleshooting:
- Open Chrome on your computer.
- In the upper right corner, click More.
- Click More Tools. Delete navigation data.
- Select a time interval at the top. To delete everything, select Always.
- Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Delete Data.
