Introduction
Genesis Construction CMS is a self-hosted Enterprise PHP/MySQL CMS for construction companies, general contractors, architectural studios and renovation businesses. It unifies the corporate website, client CRM, construction objects, projects, estimates, work stages, IuVeAI assistant, analytics and company management. Deployed on the customer's infrastructure; IuVe Marketplace is the license source of truth.

Architecture

Quick start
1) Create an empty MySQL/MariaDB database. 2) Upload the CMS package. 3) Open /install.php. 4) Enter the Purchase Code (mp_live_*). 5) Create the Owner account. 6) Sign in to /admin. 7) Activate Marketplace pairing. 8) Save the IuVeAI key (kai_live_*). 9) Add your first service. 10) Create your first project.
Installation
Requirements: PHP 8.1/8.2/8.3 (PDO, PDO MySQL, OpenSSL, JSON, cURL, mbstring, fileinfo), Apache or Nginx, MySQL 8+ / MariaDB 10.4+, HTTPS. The installer checks the environment, creates the DB schema, Owner user, runtime config and installed.lock.
License activation
License keys use the mp_live_* format from Marketplace (My Purchases). Activation creates a secure Pairing between Marketplace and the CMS. AI uses a separate kai_live_* key.
Initial setup
After install: upload logo; configure Brand; fill contacts; add services and categories; add staff; create the first construction object; create the first project; configure AI.
Dashboard
Shows new requests, active projects, objects, estimates, overdue stages, recent reviews and inquiries, system health, Marketplace, IuVeAI, PHP and Database.
Service requests
Full CRUD: client, phone, email, object, area, address, budget, description, status, manager.
Clients
Full CRUD for clients. Supports individuals and legal entities.
Construction objects
Object card: address, area, type, floors, description, photos, documents, linked projects.
Projects
Full CRUD: number, customer, object, status, budget, deadlines, responsible person, photos, documents.
Project stages
Stages: preparation, demolition, foundation, shell, roofing, utilities, finishing, landscaping, handover.
Services catalog
Each service: name, description, price, duration, photos, SEO, FAQ.
Service categories
Full CRUD for construction service categories.
Estimates
Estimate includes project, work items, materials, costs and total amount.
Portfolio
Card: photos, description, timeline, area, completed works, client review.
Media Library
Unified file manager. Supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, SVG, PDF. Used across all CMS modules.
Documents
Store contracts, project files, acts, certificates, drawings and PDFs.
AI Construction Center
AI uses kai_live_*. Consult clients, draft articles, write SEO, generate service descriptions, assist managers and create FAQ.
AI Assistant
/api/ai-chat.php via IuVeAI with construction company context. Requires HTTPS.
CRM
Manages clients, objects, requests, projects, estimates and documents.
