Introduction
Genesis Recruitment Intelligence is an enterprise platform that helps recruiters and companies discover publicly available job seekers using natural-language requests. Instead of searching vacancies, the system searches publicly available candidate publications, extracts public contact information, classifies candidates with AI, and prepares them for manager review. It combines multilingual search, candidate qualification, a communication workflow and enterprise administration.

Candidate Management provides a queue, cards, notes, match reasons, a status workflow and source tracking. Telegram Candidate Inbox immediately delivers newly found seekers with public contacts and action buttons to a manager. The system processes public data only and never bypasses access protections. It is deployed on the buyer's own PHP/MySQL server; IuVe Marketplace remains the source of truth for purchase and license. Installation Guide
Upload all files to the site document root. Create an empty MySQL/MariaDB database and user. Grant the web server write access to config/ and storage/. Open /install.php and complete the environment, database, administrator and Marketplace-activation steps (enter the purchase code). After install, delete or protect /install.php. Activate the production domain and license in IuVe Control Center → Marketplace with mp_live_* from My Purchases; optionally save a kai_live_* AI key to enable AI candidate discovery and the Communication Center drafts.

AI Candidate Search
Describe the person in natural language. The engine builds multilingual job-seeker queries, uses verified IuVe/KAI + DuckDuckGo search by default (or Serper / Direct fallback), classifies each result (candidate / employer / intermediary / irrelevant), extracts public contacts, scores the candidate and de-duplicates records. IuVe URLs are accepted only with the organic-search verified marker; LLM-invented links are rejected.
Telegram Candidate Inbox
Connect a BotFather token and manager chat under IuVe Control Center → Telegram Manager. Every newly created seeker with at least one public contact is delivered immediately with contact details, source and action buttons. Failed sends are queued for protected-cron retry. Templates support EN/DE/FR/RO/UK/RU. The system notifies the manager; it does not contact the candidate automatically.
Candidate Queue & Cards
Review discovered candidates, inspect match reasons, AI summary and public source, add notes, and move each record through the recruitment status workflow. Source URL and language are preserved for traceability.
Communication Center
Generate a personalized first-contact draft (template + IuVeAI) in the candidate's language. The manager reviews and approves before sending. Channel, direction, status and full contact history are recorded. No message is sent without manager approval.
Enterprise Administration
Dashboard, Analytics, Brand & Design, Widgets & Codes, Quality Center, Security, Users & Security, Partners and Contacts. IuVe Control Center hosts Marketplace Pairing, IuVe Identity, Telegram Candidate Inbox, Update Center, System Health and the Product Passport.
Localization
The interface ships EN/DE/FR/RO/UK/RU with dynamic switching; one interface language is shown per page. Candidate content and manager input are preserved in their original language.
Security
CSRF protection, secure sessions, password hashing, role-based permissions, audit logging, upload validation and security headers. Remove or protect /install.php after setup and enforce HTTPS.
Marketplace & Licensing
Commercial, domain-bound license via IuVe Marketplace (mp_live_*). Automatic updates through the signed Update Center. Marketplace remains the source of truth for purchase and entitlement.
